SMS Terms & Conditions
Curcio & Casciato may send text messages to individuals who contact the firm, submit an intake form, call the firm, text the firm, or otherwise provide consent to receive SMS communications.
Text messages may include intake follow-up, appointment scheduling, reminders, document or form completion notices, responses to client-initiated messages, and other communications related to an inquiry or matter. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
For help, reply HELP or contact Curcio & Casciato at 312-321-1111.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring Curcio & Casciato or receiving legal services.
SMS communications may not be secure or confidential. Do not send sensitive or confidential information by text message unless specifically instructed by the firm.
Receiving or responding to a text message from Curcio & Casciato does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship.
Curcio & Casciato does not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
