Personal Injury Attorney John V. Kalantzis

John Kalantzis joined Curcio Law Offices in 2017. Prior to turning his interest to personal injury, John concentrated his practice on commercial financial matters including commercial litigation and collections where he represented a variety of clients ranging from individuals to multimillion-dollar corporations in both State and Federal Courts. His experiences in this area exposed him to the suffering of victims of negligence and spurred him to fight on behalf of injured plaintiffs.

Born and raised in Chicagoland area, John grew up working in his family’s restaurant and then stayed local attending both Northwestern University and the Notre Dame Law School.  As a first generation Greek American, John witnessed the difficulties that immigrants can experience while adapting to a new culture. He also experienced the importance of community in helping people to assimilate and understand how to become part of that new culture. He is fluent in Greek and has been active in the community through his volunteer work for his church and other Greek American community organizations. John has also been involved with local educational groups as he has experienced the role education provides in presenting opportunities for enriching and improving one’s life.

Mr. Kalantzis focuses primarily on motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and police misconduct.

Since joining the firm, John has successfully tried several cases to verdict. He also has a wealth of experience in alternative dispute resolution. He treats every client with the same care he would offer his own family and battles the profit-driven insurance companies to ensure that his clients get the compensation they deserve.
